Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation must occur before the order is processed for shipment at our warehouse.
  • Whichever event happens earlier will determine the cancellation eligibility.

Cancellation Procedure
  • To initiate a cancellation, customers must email us at support@october22.in.
  • The email subject line should include the order number and the specific reason for cancellation.
  • Upon receiving the cancellation request, our support team will process it accordingly.

Important Note
  • Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be cancelled.
  • Once an order is shipped, customers can utilise our return policy for further assistance.

Return Policy:

Return Period
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order being delivered.

Return Process
  • Visit our Return page to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and registered email address or mobile number.

Refund Method
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as store credit in the form of a gift code.

Return Approval
  • Upon approval of the return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up.

Packaging Requirements
  • Ensure the products are returned in their original packaging, including the box and authenticity card.

Refund Timeline
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned products in our warehouse in original condition.

Pick-up Procedure
  • The primary return/exchange pick-up will be attempted within 3-5 days of initiating the request.
  • If the customer is unavailable without prior notice or cancels the pick-up, an additional charge of Rs. 300 will be applied for reinitiating the pickup.
